Designed by famed Portuguese architect and interior designer Miguel Câncio Martins, the beautifully renovated Heritage Avenida Liberdade Hotel is sited on one of Lisbon's main thoroughfares, tree-lined Avenida da Liberdade, ensuring easy access to high-end shopping. The historic centre with its many attractions including Santa Justa Elevator and the vast Praca do Comercio square is just steps away.

Behind its 18th century façade many of the original features of the Pombaline period have been carefully preserved and are complemented by the addition of contemporary design elements and bold colour furnishings.

Guest rooms and a junior suite are airy and bright with modern furnishings and comforts. There is an inviting indoor lap pool and a small gym for guests' use. Although the hotel has no restaurant, the bar serves a generous buffet breakfast each morning and the area is home to a variety of excellent restaurants, with staff happy to make recommendations.
