Located on a private peninsula, with spectacular views looking out to the nature reserve island of Ile aux Aigrettes, the Lion Mountain and Blue Bay Marine Park, Preskil Island Resort extends a warm, friendly welcome to all its guests. Having undergone a complete transformation, the resort opened its doors again in 2019 with its new, natural and chic design: thatched roofs, high ceilings and light, spacious interiors that open to the stunning turquoise horizon. The Garden Family Rooms and Deluxe Family Rooms are spacious enough for up to two adults and three children or teenagers with separate, interconnecting children's rooms. The stunning Junior Suites feature bamboo, A-frame roofs, which stand proudly over the lagoon. Looking out from the first floor, these suites offer the most magnificent views across the seascape and their spacious, elegant interiors offer guests the ultimate in luxury.

With a focus on local ingredients to showcase Mauritian and international cuisine, Preskil offers a unique and flavourful culinary experience. Rendez-Vous is the main restaurant, where guests can watch the chefs prepare a range of local and international cuisine from their open kitchen. Dine at 1810 for traditional, local cuisine and seafood dishes, alongside a glorious beachside view, whilst the dishes at Mosaïc deliver a taste of the Mediterranean. Complete the day at Medley, with its extensive drinks menu to hand.

As well as a menu of water sports, there are opportunities to try new sports, learn a language, participate in a cookery class or venture out to the local village of Mahébourg by bike.
