Exquisite Mediterranean dishes, following traditional and simple recipes, are creatively presented and can be enjoyed at the hotel's restaurant, Ziqu. Ingredients are regional and greens come from the hotel's kitchen garden. The fish dishes are of particular note. A bamboo shaded terrace provides opportunities for al fresco dining in summer. There are plenty of hammocks and comfy sofas dotted in the gardens for lounging and an outdoor pool and sun terrace with splendid sea views. There's a small cocktail bar, and drinks can be enjoyed in more secluded corners of the garden.

The hotel's pools are small but inviting, one is outdoor and one indoor and heated. The wellness centre features sauna, steam room and multi-sensory showers. There's also an open-fronted gym. A complimentary shuttle service connects the hotel with Capri, and private trips around the island can be organised in a gozzo, a wooden boat typical of the region. The staff of the hotel are particularly friendly and helpful. It's a 15 minute drive to Capri, lined with exclusive boutiques and restaurants. Alternatively, from the harbour a funicular travels up to Capri town centre in fifteen minutes.
