Located at the foot of the Akamas Peninsula National Park, this five star luxury property occupies a stunning natural seafront setting on Cyprus' west coast, surrounded by olive groves and fragrant gardens, overlooking Kafizis Beach and offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean. Paphos city and airport are about 40 minutes distance by car.

Guest rooms and suites, just over 200 in total, are luxurious and spacious in equal measure. Built from local stone and developed in harmony with the local environment, the accommodation is bathed in natural light which floods in from the floor to ceiling windows. The interior design is one of chic, understated elegance, with tasteful references to the local Cypriot culture. Room categories include family suites and residences with private pools.

A total of ten restaurants and bars cover, Japanese Teppanyaki show cooking, Italian cuisine with creative culinary interpretations of freshly sourced fish and seafood a particular highlight and Mediterranean cuisine. Also, two times per month a Michelin Chef is invited for extra ordinary and culinary experience at Sky 7. The hotel's Perivoli, derived from the Greek for 'garden', overflows with sustainable local produce, evergreen vegetable crops, fragrant herbs and colourful citrus fruits. All this and more are produced in the 44,000 square-metre gardens and harvested for the resort restaurants.


The exceptional Cleopatra Spa, with its luxury branded product lines, bespoke therapies, and therapy rooms, are enhanced by a fully equipped, state-of-the-art gym. At the heart of the resort lies the Agora Village Square: a central meeting point complete with themed restaurants, an all-day café, high-end boutiques and an outdoor cinema.

Further extensive facilities include a 130-metre beach cove, three outdoor pools with sunbeds and quiet areas, a tranquil indoor heated pool, outdoor playground for younger guests and a kids club for all ages up to 12. Creshe services for babies between 1-2 are provided for free.

Horseback riding, electric and mountain bike hire, and private yacht excursions, for a different view of the Akamas peninsula, are activities which are open to guests, alongside the usual tennis and watersports are a thoughtfully curated selection of exclusive and quintessentially Cypriot, bespoke activities: olive harvesting, beekeeping, traditional halloumi-making, and Cypriot wine tasting.
