Itinerary:
Day 1– Arrive into Bari or Brindisi airport
Arrive into Bari or Brindisi airport. Be met by your representative. Transfer to your hotel of choice in, or close to Savelletri for three nights.
Day 2 – A private tour visiting the seaside villages
Spend a full day on a private tour visiting the seaside village of Polignano a Mare, known for its white pebble beaches, Roman bridge and the San Vito Abbey, and Ostuni with its whitewashed old town, impressive cathedral and medieval gates.
Day 3 – UNESCO-listed Alberobello
Private tour to see UNESCO-listed Alberobello famous for its Trulli: cone-shaped whitewashed houses unique to this part of Italy. Locorotondo is one of Puglia’s prettiest and best-preserved towns. Enjoy a tasting of the sparkling white wines for which the region is famous.
Day 4 – Matera
Transfer to your hotel of choice in Matera for two nights. Enjoy a full day tour of this ancient city which was European City of Culture 2019. It is famous for its cave dwellings, and served as a backdrop to the opening scenes of the James Bond film “No Time To Die”.
Day 5 – Day of leisure
Enjoy a day at leisure.
Day 6 – Return to the UK
